Çerez Bilgilendirmesi

Bu bildirim, Ulusal Tartışma Platformu ve E-Öğrenme Platformunda kullanılan çerezleri açıklar. Zorunlu çerezler, KVKK Kurulu Çerez Uygulamaları Rehberi ve ePrivacy kuralları kapsamında açık rızadan muaftır; bu bildirim bilgilendirme amaçlıdır ve rıza panosu gösterilmez.

Kısaltmalar

• Platform yalnızca kullanıcı oturumunun çalışması için zorunlu olan MoodleSession çerezini kullanır. Çerez yalnızca rastgele bir oturum kimliği taşır; tarayıcı kapatıldığında ya da 8 saat işlem yapılmadığında sona erer.
• Başka hiçbir çerez veya izleme teknolojisi kullanılmaz.
• İstemci tarayıcısının yerel depolaması (localStorage) yalnızca arayüz metinlerini yüklemek için kullanılır; kişisel veri içermez.
• Çerezler ve yerel depolama tarayıcı ayarlarından her zaman silinebilir; çerezin silinmesi oturumu sonlandırır.

Cookie Notice

This notice explains the cookies used on the National Discussion Platform and the E-Learning Platform. Strictly necessary cookies are exempt from consent under the KVKK Board's Cookie Guide and ePrivacy rules; this notice is informational and no consent banner is shown.

List of abbreviations

• The platform uses only the strictly necessary MoodleSession cookie, which keeps the user's session working. The cookie carries only a random session identifier and expires when the browser is closed or after 8 hours of inactivity.
• No other cookies or tracking technologies are used.
• The client browser's local storage (localStorage) is used only to load interface strings; it contains no personal data.
• Cookies and local storage can be deleted at any time via the browser settings; deleting the cookie ends the session.
