Section outline

    • Under Activity A.3, BRP-TR is developing a national Building Renovation Passport model for Turkish public buildings, drawing on EU practice (the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive recast, ALDREN, iBRoad2EPC); 100 passports will be prepared within the project. This room gathers stakeholder views on the passport's scope and content.

      Discussion questions:

      1. Which building data and documents must a passport bring together to be genuinely useful to a public building manager?
      2. What should distinguish the Turkish passport from EU examples: climate diversity, institutional setup, existing certificates such as the Energy Performance Certificate?
      3. How detailed should the renovation roadmap inside the passport be (measure-level costs, timing, savings)?
      4. Who should be able to read and update a building's passport, and how often?

Expected output: Stakeholder feedback synthesised into a Topic Brief feeding the BRP-TR model design (A.3.4).
